In the 1980s, the Air Force had the 4450th Tactical Group, an operational unit flying the top secret F-117 and keep the secret for 5 years. They even successfully cover-up this crash: On July 11, 1986, Major Ross E. Mulhare died when his F-117A Nighthawk crashed into a hillside in the Sequoia National Forest, near Bakersfield, California. At the time, the F-117 was a "black project," and its existence was not publicly acknowledged until 1988. To protect the aircraft's stealth technology and "invisible" status, the Air Force executed an elaborate cover-up: Debris Substitution: The military reportedly brought in wreckage from a decommissioned F-101A Voodoo—which had been stored at Area 51—and scattered it at the site to mislead any scavengers or reporters. Secrecy Agreements: Local firefighters and federal officials who responded to the crash were forced to sign non-disclosure agreements and were barred from discussing anything they saw or heard. National Security Lockdown: The Air Force declared the 150-acre crash site and the airspace above it a "national security area," enforcing it with armed guards to keep the press and public away. Vague Statements: Officials initially refused to identify the aircraft, stating only that it was a "military plane" and specifically denying it was an "F-19" (a rumored stealth jet name at the time) or a bomber. Site Sanitization: Recovery teams meticulously sifted through the dirt, and on July 23, they used explosive charges to destroy the "pancaked" outline of the aircraft on a rock outcropping that would have been visible from the air. The cause of the crash was later attributed to spatial disorientation, as Major Mulhare had become exhausted during the high-speed night flight

BREAKING: Secretary of State Marco Rubio hits back at claims of a U.S. oil blockade on Cuba: "Here's what's happening with Cuba, okay? Cuba used to get free oil from Venezuela. They would take like 60% of that oil and resell it for cash. It wouldn't even go to benefit the people. So the only blockade that's happened is ... the Venezuelans have decided we're not giving you free oil anymore." "The reason that I can't fix it is not just because they're communist. That's bad enough, but they're incompetent communists."

The dream of China surpassing the U.S. as the world’s largest economy is fading. In 2021, China’s GDP was about 78% of the U.S.; by 2024, that share had fallen to roughly 64%, back to around 2017 levels, with the gap between the two economies doubling in just a few years.

The experts: - The naval blockade won’t work. - Iran is winning the war and they have all the leverage. - Oil prices will soar. Reality: - The blockade worked and the strait is open. - Iran capitulated. - Oil prices are down 10% this morning. Stop taking these people seriously.

What shopping on Amazon would be like if it happened at a store: "Hi, I'm looking for Nike shoes in size 13" "Here are pairs from Buiquiy, EPHIIONIY, Sinoeem, YEBABFIT" "Uh, Nike?" "Watch this video from ZXJZNICE." "Yeah, but I just need Nike shoes in size 13." "Here's a pair, but you sure you don't want to try these from Pukemark?" "Actually, can you show me Nike in size 13 in red?" "Here are pairs from Minwind, Xinway, Bearbro, Homitt." "Actually, I found what I wanted on Nike's website for less than on Amazon. Can you price match with your fast shipping? I'm a prime customer." "Oh sorry, that product is now hidden to protect our customers."

Let’s flip the scenario for a moment. Imagine Iran killed Trump in the first 5 minutes of the war, established air superiority over the US mainland, wiped out the entire US Air Force, US Navy, killed half the Cabinet, flattened the US military industrial complex, then started building runways in Missouri to land Iranian troops without losing any casualties. Would you say it was a US victory if the US managed to keep the Panama Canal closed throughout this all?
Sami Gold@souljagoyteller

The fact that America’s goals went from “the complete destruction of Iran’s military power or even regime change” to “reopen a trade route that was open a month ago” doesn’t say great things about American power

🇺🇸🎯🇮🇷 Another example of dysfunction in Iran's air defense system — American strategic bomber B-52H Stratofortress was spotted over Afrin to deliver strikes on Iranian territory, equipped with 900-kilogram GPS-guided bombs of the GBU-31 JDAM type (with BLU-109 bunker-busting warhead).... 🔹 Whereas in previous days, B-52s typically flew with AGM-158 JASSM/JASSM-ER type cruise missiles, whose launch range varies from 370 to 930 km depending on the modification, now these huge and easily noticeable bombers are dropping bombs in Iranian airspace with a maximum operational radius of up to 30 km.... ✈️ If B-52s come this close to the target (30 km), it means that Iran's integrated air defense system is either destroyed or so ineffective under the use of electronic warfare systems and total jamming that US military no longer considers it necessary to use expensive long-range cruise missiles.
