@yahoomail my wife’s yahoo mail has been threatening my 80 year old wife for weeks, and despite my clearing out many thousands of her old emails a few days ago, you have stopped her sending and receiving new ones. This is outrageous behaviour towards a vulnerable woman! !

@yahoomail Second DM while her email is working on her laptop running windows 10, it’s telling her it’s not working on her iPad! And it’s repeating the statement that she can’t send or receive emails, which appears not to be true. Please get this sorted properly!

@waitrose my wife a I shopping in one of your stores this morning, I bought 12 bottles of wine plus some other things but did not have my my Waitrose card with me. Asking at the welcome desk a few minutes later I was informed I couldn’t add my wife’s card post hoc. DISAPPOINTED!
