@NYCTSubway I took an N train to get to DeKalb. The next Q train that pulled in stopped for like 10 minutes and then announced that it was going on the N line into south Brooklyn. What is going on?

@AskLyft there were no docks for bikes in my area, I had to bike further away than where I started to find a working dock. While I was looking, I witnessed another cyclist get seriously injured by the elastic strap on a bike - the strap flung back and the metal hit him in the eye

@lyft I just docked a Citi bike and walked home. I always check after I dock that the ride has ended in the app & it was fine. I had issues with the 1st dock I tried, but saw the green light on the 2nd dock. When I got home I got a msg saying that my bike was not safely docked???

@Enterprise Hi, I called and they could not do anything more than I could looking online. They said it was due to availability, but I checked a bunch of different dates and there is never availability. This is the only way I can get home with my dog

hey @Enterprise I need to rent a car one-way to get back to NYC from Toronto, but when I check the online reservation system it says there are no cars available. Is there a way to call or something? Or am I stuck in Canada?

@MaldronHotels hi, we just checked in to the Merrion Road location in Dublin. We had to call the reception to see why we had no hot water. Turns out there was a fire? It's a bit odd that no one mentioned this at check-in and that there might not be hot water until tomorrow.
