No, eventually the monetary value of assets will be flowing from existing assets into bitcoin. People will sell investment real estate they don’t use for housing, for bitcoin. They will sell gold for bitcoin. They will sell fine art they use to store value, but keep in storage, for bitcoin. Anything that has an inflated value because people use them as a store of value will bleed into bitcoin. So those items will become cheaper on the free market, because buying pressure will be less. Because bitcoin’s supply is fixed, only price can adjust to accommodate the demand. This buying pressure on the free market will outpace dollar inflation. Hundreds of trillions are poised to flow into bitcoin. The bigger it gets, the more secure the network becomes. It’s designed to grow to any size. There is no top.

@Rajatsoni But the reality is that if BTC really reaches $1 million, its inflation will be soaring to an unimaginable degree. So, at that time, will your BTC still have the same purchasing power as it does now?

Your grandkids won't believe that you could buy a Bitcoin for less than a house. The same way you don't believe your grandpa bought a house for $10,000.

He was asked to leave, and he left. How the law works in that scenario, no law was broken. Only if he would not leave when asked would he be breaking a law. The establishment is open to the public, so he could lawfully enter. He was asked to leave, and he left. How the law works is, if you don’t want him to return, you can have the police issue him what is called a “trespass warning”. If you like I can give you links to videos where this plays out in real time. Many police don’t understand the nuance of the law, so I don’t blame you for not getting it right away. But there are hundreds of videos that show the scenario playing out, and the citizen does not have to ID or answer any questions while being issued a “trespass warning”. Again, refusing to leave or returning after the warning is an arrest-able offense. Once arrested, ID is required. Would you like me to send you some links of this playing out in real time in public to show you how it plays out?

It’s just called “a trespass warning”. He was asked to leave, and he left. You have to be given an opportunity to leave. If you do leave, they can issue you “a trespass warning” to not return. Once issued, if you return, that is called trespassing. That is a crime. You can be arrested for that, and at that point, once arrested, you have to identify yourself. Otherwise, there would be no 4th amendment in the United States. Anybody could say, I want him trespassed, and the police could ID anybody. You can’t be trespassed from public property without committing a crime, but private property, the owner can ask you to leave for any reason. Like he doesn’t like your shirt color or your hair doo. It’s private property, so you gotta go. If you go, there’s no crime, so you don’t need to ID. If you refuse to leave, or come back after he told you not to come back on private property, then you have trespassed, which is an articulable crime that you will be required to ID for once arrested for it.

Unfortunately, this bill only makes stablecoins tax exempt. This is the wrong direction to go in. It’s bitcoin that should have a de minimis tax exemption. Stablecoins are not decentralized and they are not permissionless. They’re not real money, they’re just fiat.

@phleeen @KickClipsLive You are 100% wrong. In the middle of a lawful detention in which they are investigating, you have to identify yourself. Secondly, the police isnt trespassing you, the private property is. If you didnt leave once you were asked, then they called the cops, then youre done.

Wrong, you can watch this play out in real time hundreds of times on YouTube with police and auditors. The result is the same hundreds of times over and over. 4th amendment. Constitution trumps all laws, policies, and feelings. You can’t make a law or a policy that violates the constitution. It has been challenged in the courts many times, and case law rulings have upheld the constitution. It’s the law.

@phleeen @KickClipsLive No bro. A business doesn’t need a reason to trespass anyone. They need his ID so if he comes back they know he’s trespassed and arrest him. They’re getting his ID for that reason 😂

@phleeen @KickClipsLive Whether or not you get trespassed has nothing to do with the police. It's the business. They can also file a writ of trespass that you will have to sign, after you provide id. Again, you have to give your name, not an id.
