@phyde Good question. It’s subjective, to be honest…I think I’d get nervous if the GPWS started calling out 30’ before we cross the threshold, but it’s hard to say

Airbus just told the FAA it won’t meet the July 31, 2026 deadline for installing secondary cockpit barriers on the A220. Certification and supplier issues are delaying this key post-9/11 safety upgrade. Airlines like JetBlue are now requesting an extension until July 2027.
