@VirginAtlantic hello! I was on VS26 JFK-LHR last May 7. IFE system kept resetting, inflight map not working, overhead reading lights not working, and AC outlets not working. How do I make a formal feedback complaint?

@Avis @Avis after we ended the call, I realized that he did not even ask for my reservation information. Also, upon further inspection there are multiple cigarette burn marks in the car (4/n)

@Avis I picked up a rental car at the New Rochelle, NY location. It was the only one available. After 2 hours of driving it, we noticed a subtle cigarette smell and I kept on sneezing.. I immediately called the location. But they said they had no more cars available (1/n)

@AmericanAir Hi! I'm trying to help my cousin out with an American-award ticket on Fiji Airways and Qantas. Her reservation can't be viewed on the AA website. But when checking Fiji/Qantas there happens to be a schedule change which misconnects. Could you guys help us out please?

@AirCanada Hi! My aunt's flight to LGA via YYZ was cancelled today. She was rebooked tomorrow. Can you verify that her flight was rebooked properly? We tried to do online check-in but it doesn't work
