Correct. Those who believe in the Bible, and that the New Testament is true, are bound to admit that it completely supports the CTMU. While the theory was developed on a purely logical basis, it is the closest thing that Christianity (and Islam, and Judaism) will ever have to a true and verifiable metaphysical framework. Christians can't reject it and remain good rational Christians.

I had dinner once with a top physicist and a top computer scientist and asked what they thought the probability was that we were in a simulation.

My biggest problem with the educational system lies precisely in that it forces students to squeeze explanations out of subject matters and shames them for withholding judgment, for uttering “I don’t know.” Why did the Cold War end? Why did the Persians lose the Battle of Salamis? Why did Hannibal get his behind kicked? Why did Casanova bounce back from hardship? In each of these examples, we’re taking a condition, survival, and looking for explanations instead of flipping the argument on its head and stating that conditional on such survival, one can’t read that much into the process. This was very good Richard. You arrived at the key point that the system would lose control of its minions, the cogs that they control, and profit from. They don't want to be cogs like us, they want to be the ones in control. What I didn't hear you talk about was this reality being a probabilistic, subjective reality. You could also call it a lucid dream.
