@popcorn I see you guys mention you use all three US carriers but is satellite also available? And is unlimited talk also to international numbers? Interested in joining but the site is so barebones, I don’t know what works and how!

I recently started using @popcorn cause I saw someone using it on my timeline. It's actually a great concept, but damn the spam SMS and spam calls with zero protection is absolutely terrible.
I hope the team can do something about it. Other than that it's pretty good + cheap!

@popcorn when i fly overseas it looks like y'all won't charge me an arm and a leg, and i can actually retain service past cutoff dates unlike Google Fi which is huge! ;)

I would say 1KM+ network meshes, where you don’t have to rely on one major national carrier with limitations, are more unprecedented than the 1940s-80s + linear algebra MIPs, condensed in a rack RLHF’d bot blogs, trying to Turing test each other

agree it's good was using this as well before but you still have to activate them one-by-one for each country
and you can't make local calls

I love @revolut's Global eSIM I just flew from Portugal to Netherlands to Qatar to Singapore and now to Japan and I when I land I'm directly connected again to 5G with the same eSIM I can use anywhere And it auto renews, so no catch-22 where you run out of data and then can't add data because you don't have data Not affiliated, but it's just a great product and how connectivity should be by default, global as an eSIM!
