@ChargePointnet so the replacement unit you sent me died in a year. This is two chargepoint units that have died on me. Support ticket is 14748622. The tech mentioned hardware issues with CPH25-P and it's no longer sold. Please do the right thing and stand behind your products.

@DollarCars I rented a car at RNO and battery died while car was in drive. We popped the hood and saw everything caked in playa dust from burning man. I paid for new battery out of pocket. Please help me get reimbursed
