Most people don't know St. Peter was married. Even fewer know how his wife died. In 64 AD, Peter stood and watched his own wife being marched to her execution. He could have screamed. He could have fought. He could have cursed the soldiers dragging her away. He did none of those things. Instead, he called out to her. By name. And what he said has echoed for almost two thousand years. But before I tell you what he said, you need to understand who this man was. This wasn't some stoic philosopher. This was a common fisherman who loved the Lord. This was Peter. The same Peter who, decades earlier, had denied even knowing Jesus. Three times. To save his own skin. The same Peter who wept bitterly in the dark after the rooster crowed. The same Peter who once stepped out onto the water in faith and then sank like a stone the second he got scared. That Peter. The impulsive one. The fearful one. The one who broke under pressure. And now here he is. Watching his own wife walk toward martyrdom. The single hardest moment a husband could ever face. So what does he do? He doesn't break. He calls out to her by name and says three words: "Remember the Lord." That's it. Not "I'll save you." Not "Don't be afraid." Not even "I love you." "Remember the Lord." Because Peter understood something almost no one understands anymore. He wasn't losing her. He was sending her home. The early Church father Clement of Alexandria recorded that Peter actually rejoiced watching her go to her death. Not because he didn't love her, but because he loved her rightly. He loved her enough to point her toward heaven with his final words to her on this earth. His love for her wasn't a rival to his love for God. It was wrapped up in it. Inseparable from it. So when the worst moment of his life arrived, he didn't cling. He pointed her home. And here's the part that should give you chills: She walked to her death in faith. He stayed and gave thanks to God in his suffering. And not long after, Peter himself would be crucified upside down, refusing to die the same way as his Lord. Two thousand years later, we are still telling their story. This is the kind of love the modern world can no longer even imagine. A love so anchored in eternity that death becomes a doorway instead of a defeat. Husbands, THIS is the standard. A love so rooted in Christ that you would point your own wife toward heaven even as your heart is shattering. Share with a friend who needs to know this. Hood killer as an Islamic terrorist. * It is you who has refused to speak-out concerning the horrific executions of women throughout the Muslim culture, but yet, have submitted Arizona to the UN for investigation of hypothetical human-rights abuses. * It was you who when queried in India refused to acknowledge the true extent of radical global Jihadists, and instead profusely praised Islam in a country that is 82% Hindu and the victim of numerous Islamic terrorists assaults. * It was you who funneled $900 Million in U.S. taxpayer dollars to Hamas. * It was you who ordered the United States Postal Service to honor the MUSLIM holiday with a new commemorative stamp. * It was you who directed our UK Embassy to conduct outreach to help "empower" the British Muslim community. * It was you who funded mandatory Arabic language and culture studies in Grammar schools across our country. * It is you who follows the Muslim custom of not wearing any form of jewelry during Ramadan. * It is you who departs for Hawaii over the Christmas season so as to avoid past criticism for NOT participating in seasonal White House religious events. * It was you who was uncharacteristically quick to join the chorus of the Muslim Brotherhood to depose Egypt's Hosni Mubarak, formerly America's strongest ally in North Africa; but, remain muted in your non-response to the Brotherhood led slaughter of Egyptian Christians. * It was you who appointed your chief adviser, Valerie Jarrett, an Iranian, who is a member of the Muslim Sisterhood, an off-shoot of the Muslim Brotherhood. It was you the whole time who ushered in this mess we are in!

I’m amazed at how many of you want Bishop Barron to take the third step with Dave Rubin before he takes the first two. I see many of you talking about how Jesus “told sinners to repent” but none of you seem aware of the pattern of Jesus calls for individuals to repent. He established a relationship and he went from there. It was the self-righteous Religious who chastise Jesus for eating with sinners. How do we miss this? Jesus didn’t then respond to their criticism by standing up and yelling at them to repent; he told them that the sick need a doctor. Not those who are well. I would invite each of us to work at the skill at being horrified by our own sin and fixating on that. That’s how Saints get made. Not by running around worrying about everyone else’s.

Do you know what happened in the last 24 hours? 1. Late on Thursday night @FBI agents landed at New York Stewart International Airport with Mohammad al Saadi in handcuffs. Al Saadi, the leader of an Iran-backed Iraqi terror group is allegedly responsible for more than 20 attacks across Europe and Canada and for planning attacks in the U.S.. 2. Jose Enrique Martinez Flores, who goes by “Chuqui," the highest ranking Tren de Aragua leader to be extradited to the U.S., also just landed in the U.S. in shackles. Flores allegedly oversaw TdA’s drug trafficking, extortion rackets, prostitution rings and murder operations. Then, last night, in an operation that makes any fictional representation look amateurish, American operators, working with local Nigerian forces, killed Abu-Bilal-al-Minuki, the second in command for ISIS global operations, a man with the blood of countless innocents on his hands, including many Christians. This is just one day in the Counterterrorism operations of President @realDonaldTrump. We salute the intelligence professionals, Law Enforcement Officers, Diplomats, Military operators and support personnel who make these operations possible 24/7. @WhiteHouse @DeptofWar @TheJusticeDept @StateDept

Last night U.S. forces, in coordination with the Armed Forces of Nigeria, killed Abu-Bilal al-Minuki and other ISIS leaders. Back in November 2025, President Trump declared to the world that we will help protect Christians in Nigeria and instructed the Department of War to prepare for action. So, for months, we hunted this top ISIS leader in Nigeria who was killing Christians, and we killed him—and his entire posse. In conjunction with Nigeria’s President, and at the direction of President Trump, U.S. Africa Command oversaw a precise operation to remove this terrorist. Abu-Bilal al-Minuki was the senior ISIS General Directorate of Provinces Emir — the number two for ISIS globally — responsible for overseeing the planning of attacks, directing hostage-taking and managing financial operations. The removal of him and other ISIS personnel makes Americans safer by further degrading ISIS’s ability to plan and carry out attacks that threaten the U.S. homeland, American citizens, and innocent civilians. Operations like last night’s demonstrate the exceptional lethality, patience and skill of U.S. forces, amplified alongside willing and capable partners, to address shared threats. This should serve as a reminder that we will hunt down those who wish to harm Americans or innocent Christians, wherever they are.
