Harishankar J who held against criminalising marital rape is 1 of the finest judges of DHC-always open to persuasion. I’ve in my cases seen him turn around when cogent arguments are made! The issue is complex. His view, while unpalatable to many, is also to be respected.

While High Courts are passing urgent orders and Delhi High Court, for one, held a night hearing on a holiday owing to the urgency of the case, Supreme Court issued notice and kept the hearing for TOMORROW!

Delhi Govt’s Covid protocol is more punishment and less care.
I tested for COVID on 05.04.21 and parents, both 60+ and vaccinated 1 dose were the only caregivers. Then Mom tested positive. Both under treatment from AIIMS and reports forwarded on the helpline. 1/N
