Across India,Aided Degree College teachers are recognised as Assistant Professors under UGC Regulations 2018 with ₹6000 AGP. But in Odisha, SSB-recruited lecturers are still denied UGC designation, parity & forced into 4600 GP despite identical qualifications & workloads. #CJP

How 4200 SSB Lecturers are deprived by Higher Education Department government of Odisha since 2016. Violation of UGC Guidelines.They want justice.This is matter of Social Status, self respect,Dignity of Ssb recruited Lecturers of Odisha. It's an open appeal to all give justice

It’s intentional,to demoralise SSBans,why govt recruit these people,one cadre based recruitment procedure is complete failure of govt,we r highly dissatisfied on BJP govt,all the govt employees got their salaries in time except us,we r not govt employees but hybrid one,

@DHE_Odisha All categories of employment are justified with same structure of salary then why in case of SSB recruited Lecturers are unjustified with unequal salary structure as of its govt. Counterparts. Doesn't it humiliation. Do something.....@suryabanshibjp @MohanMOdisha
