It is getting genuinely difficult to keep track of all of the names of AI products being unveiled. In the last hour, Google's unveiled Google Pics (which is not Google Photos), and updates to Google Flow, Nano Banana, Veo (all media generation), Google Antigravity, Gemini Spark, Gemini Omni, Gemini 3.5 Flash

California has the best weather on the planet and the science behind it is absurd. The cold California Current runs south from Alaska at 50°F. When warm air crosses it, moisture becomes fog instead of rain. San Francisco's average July high is 67°F. Phoenix, same latitude, hits 106°F. A 39-degree gap between two cities in the same state. That's the cold current doing all the work. The Pacific High, a semi-permanent pressure system, blocks storms from reaching the coast six to eight months straight. LA regularly goes 200+ consecutive days without a single drop of rain. Most places at this latitude get summer thunderstorms. California gets zero. Then the Sierra Nevada blocks every arctic air mass that freezes the rest of the continent. When a polar vortex drops Chicago to -20°F, LA sits at 65°F. Three systems running simultaneously: cold current for cooling, high pressure for drought, mountains for insulation. There are exactly five places on Earth where all three converge. California is one. The others are coastal Chile, the Western Cape of South Africa, southwestern Australia, and the actual Mediterranean. That's the entire list. Jensen Huang just told everyone to move to California and eat the highest taxes in the world because "the weather is great." He watched Larry Page, Sergey Brin, Thiel, and Zuckerberg flee the state to dodge an $8 billion tax bill. His response: "I haven't thought about it even once." He's not being glib. He's being geological.

I clearly told Myntra we’re not selling our T-shirts at ₹400 -₹500. They keep pushing for crazy discounts to boost sales. We’re a premium brand, not here to burn money and reputation just because some account manager doesn’t understand the brand.

"Microsoft laid off 9000 people and replaced them with 14,181 H-1Bs" which is a misleading narrative. Most petitions are renewals that need to be done every 3yrs. In 2024, Microsoft had ~1200 new H-1Bs: —~25% of all H-1B petitions —~10% of new headcount —0.5% of total employees

4% value back on credit card payments 👍👍👍 Since HDFC Billpay wasn’t working for most of my cards, I tried JIOfinance this time for my #creditcard bill payments … To my surprise, it allows DEBIT CARD & Debit card (CITI Migrated to AXIS) are giving reward points. I have AXIS BURGUNDY DEBIT CARD (Direct Axis) which gave zero rewards & AXIS LIBERTY (CITI Migrated) which gave 4% value back (as edge rewards) I think the party will end soon, just sharing as I got to know today #ccgeek #creditcard

43200 ER points for paying credit card bills ? We'll take it. 😇 PS: you don't have to pay credit card bills also, for HNI cards, it works for wallet loads as well. (Applicable for only Citi DC's migrated to Burgundy DC and Burgundy Private DC) #ccgeek @DealsDhamaka

🚨Verified: Citibank Debit Card holders who have been migrated to Axis Bank can earn 8% miles for credit card bill payments! And this is because our favorite bank works on the concept of assigning a static value of 0.2 per ER irrespective of the fact that these miles can be converted at 5:4/5:2/5:1. The benefit has been designed to keep match the cash value, but creates an opportunity for earning miles and much better rate. (8% is insane if you hold Burgundy Debit Card (migrated from Citi Gold)) . So this is a great opportunity if you hold Magnus Burgundy or Magnus to make use of the "Rules" and get upto 8% on credit card bill payments as 4900 MCC is not excluded! (Carried forward from Citi) You can use SBI Unipay / JioFinance which tag CC payments as utilities. The value you can get out of it depends on the ratio you're able to convert at, I know most of us don't have Magnus Burgundy, but if you can get Magnus card to convert miles at 5:2, you can still make use of this opportunity, worst case you'll make 1.6% which is also amazing for paying your CC bills! To apply for Magnus you can use this link : bitli.in/gGIDhza and get 5:2. Refer to the attached image for the benefits as per the card you hold. Also attaching list of mcc exclusions in the first comment, and Tnc for each card in second. Personally, I was holding Basic Citibank DC, and it has been converted to Liberty for both me and my wife's account. I can use it at 3.2% since I hold Burgundy Private, and she can convert at 1.6% as she holds Magnus (non burgundy) If you found this useful, don't forget to follow me at @ccg33k PS: This is not a bug/glitch and everything is by the book/tnc. The utility platforms are also from SBI/Reliance. 😄 Dont forget to tag any ex Citi users in comments so they can make use of these insane reward rate. #ccgeek #creditcards
