@royalenfield I think RE needs to improve customer experience by pulling up their service centre response. Its really not doing any good to RE if the vehicle life span is reduced by the quality of service or post sales efforts.

@royalenfield recent service of my Hunter 350 was very pathetic. New issues crop up after service!! No issues before it. Chain started making sounds, rear brake ineffective. Worst part : given a feedback to service center and app. No response till now!! Poor show!!

@royalenfield RE service centres have major performance issues, they are unprofessional and even after giving feedback they are least bothered to get their act together. Its been 5 days after reporting issues but no response from them. VERY POOR SHOW @royalenfield

@royalenfield my bike was perfect when it went for service. Upon return, chain making sound, gear shifting is clunky, engine is overheating, gear oil filler plug is damaged!!

@royalenfield something is very wrong with your servicing centres. They charge and deliver vehicle in even worse condition than when it went in!!

@MGSupportIndia having trouble with a local service centre. Battery dies suddenly over night after service in Feb first week. How bizarre. Turbo charger air hose cracks, un plugged engine air hose, eco mode switch fault, and now the battery dies SUDDEN DEATH? Very concerning!!!?

Got my @MGMotorIn ZS EV serviced in New Delhi Okhla center. The SC has outright lied about checking car’s suspension and other car issues still existing after ‘service’ was done. SC refuses to share any CCTV footage, but wants complete payment before car handover. What should a customer do? Where can they go and take action against this SC? The SC was taken in loop with the HQ. All HQ could do - someone will call you with a resolution. Have waited enough and there’s no resolution by the SC or HQ. The Service Centers for EVs have been so reckless and careless, I’m tired of complaining.
