@sahilsawant0 This is NOT related to browser. Any website can send a push notification, (e.g. you must have seen "xyz.com wants to send you notifications"). Such notifications are never sent by Browser but by the website. Hope this clarifies--> bit.ly/3rpa3iE

@rajsing266 @DoT_India The security centre app is like an anti-virus in PC which needs to scan the device for problems. e.g. it needs to scan for modem problems so it needs Contacts/Phone permission, similarly other permissions are needed.
