Spoke to the buyer customer service for an hour yesterday all for them to not be able to help. Hoping this gets fixed soon. Thank you so much for trying to help! I really appreciate it!

@AmazonHelp Seller account LOCKED after your rep told me to change my personal buyer email. Now I can’t access orders, losing $$ daily, and seeing incorrect seller info. 10+ support cases ignored. This is a serious account/security failure. @amznsellerhelp

If you have both a buyer and seller account, try logging into the buyer side first, or vice-versa, to trigger an update

did you call this number and ask them for login support.. I think you can still recover it because your number should still be in their system as it wasnt changed and you also have emails and past order proof thats being sent to your email

It's as if changing the account email cut ties with the seller account & it went missing. Yet we still get order emails..
