Booked @flyspicejet for my dad who is a senior citizen from Delhi to Mumbai but worst experience ever. He’s stuck at the airport since 8pm for a 10:30pm flight which kept rescheduling and now it’s at 3:40 am.
No customer service from the airline Need Compensation of our time 😡

@DelhiAirport I am waiting at IGI Delhi T1 since 8 pm (PNR PH9JUA) for flight to Mumbai. It’s past 12 am and SpiceJet staff is rescheduling this flight SG879 every 1 hour. Now for 3.25 am. Very pathetic. How are senior citizens expected to wait sitting at airport for 6/7 hours.

I’ve been trying to make payment on @Olacabs but there is some system error and the app isn’t taking the payment. Tried emailing the customer care as well but they are of no help. I will not pay a late fee for their fault @ola_supports kindly look into this.
