🚨THIS IS CRIMINAL!! A DOGE lead just testified under oath that he emailed classified government documents to his personal device and then sent them over Signal. Under oath. This is not a leak. This is not a whistleblower. This is a deposition. Signal auto-deletes messages. Personal devices have no government security protocols. This is textbook mishandling of federal records — the same thing they spent four years prosecuting Hillary Clinton over. The same DOGE that accessed Social Security databases. The same DOGE that accessed Treasury payment systems. The same DOGE that accessed Pentagon personnel files. Emailing government documents to a personal device and routing them through an encrypted auto-deleting app is not a mistake. That is a method. The question is who was on the other end of those Signal messages.

Former Army JAG here. No quarter orders are a violation of the law of war and Geneva conventions. This is the same order reportedly given during the Caribbean boat strikes. @SecWar is establishing a pattern of issuing illegal orders. I’ve trained hundreds of soldiers on the law of war — our service members have an obligation to follow that law.

This exchange just happened on the Senate floor. Cornyn: “I don’t understand how the SAVE Act disenfranchises voters.” Durbin: “Happy to explain. Driver’s licenses don’t qualify under the bill. 50% of Americans don’t have passports.” Cornyn: “Why not just amend it?” Durbin: “When’s the last time the Senate actually amended a bill?” Silence. The SAVE Act requires passport-level documentation to register to vote. 50% of Americans don’t have a passport. The people least likely to have passports: the elderly, the poor, rural Americans, young first-time voters. The people most likely to have passports: wealthy Americans. This is not voter protection. This is voter selection. And when a senator suggested fixing it — his own colleague couldn’t name the last time the Senate amended anything. That’s the Senate in 2026.

This this this this. The Democrats need to start talking about this. Now.
