Here come to copycats lol…. This is what happens when you post on X. Over 5 different copies of my app published to the app store the past week. It’s just part of the game, not worried at all

One simple test before you dive in: can you clearly explain the problem, the market, your fit, and the first path to value creation? If not, you may need more preparation than momentum. Which part is usually the weakest?

@sickdotdev I use Codex, and with model 5.5 has become very powerful. It does eficienty what you ask for. For $20 a mont I bearly hit the limits. After I see the complaints for Claude rates and token usage I decided to stick to Codex.

Is Codex really getting better than Claude code? I’ve been using Codex for as long as I can remember. Everyone kept telling me Claude Code was better, so when I recently hit my Codex limits, I thought, why not finally try it? Claude felt better for pure vibe coding, especially design-heavy tasks with little guidance. But for harder engineering work, like migrating a SQL database, Codex handled it better. Now I’m confused. Codex users say Codex is clearly better. Claude users say Claude still wins. So I’m asking people who’ve actually used both: which one has genuinely been better for coding in your experience? And is this recent “Codex > Claude” shift real, or just a very good OpenAI marketing push?

@naturedotcom The app I have vibe-coded in 15 days. Since 2024 I was looking for reliable developers to build it. Non accepted but one team. They have failed/folded. So I had no other option...ans I have nailed it. -> @ideatakeoff

@unitycoderr @pcshipp I used different logic. I went first on android as fastest and most affordable to ship since I have no login and no database ($0). For the next step, a web app I would need expo hosting and login a database ($5 a month). For iOs + a mac and iphone ($1000 or more)

@pcshipp Web app first. Fastest to ship, easiest to iterate, no app store approval stress, and users can access it instantly. Hit product-market fit first, then expand to iOS/Android once people are already paying.

@pcshipp Especially in 2026 and 2027, 100%: iOS apps. scalability is crazy. There are infinite app niches, and no niche is really saturated because if you put in a lot of work into marketing, and a lot of money, you can become number one in every niche.

@pcshipp honestly none of those matter until you know who's actually willing to pay for what you're building. i spent months obsessing over platform choices when i should've been talking to users first. the tech is the easy part.

@pcshipp @rithiksai03 What do you do for ASO? Are you on App or Play store? I'm on the Play Store and plan to do ASO there. My app is free and the growth is slow. Two weeks so far and 40 users, but from personal networks. Have no idea if there are some organic users. No metrics as impressions or so.

It’s been 25 days, and this app still has no ASO growth - $0 MRR - 0 active user - 21 new users I’m feeling sad because I spent 2 months building this app

@profBezovski Не знам за банерот, ама сега ти отворив инста и веб и искрено не знам што сака да каже писателот. Абе дај прекинете со white collar срања и фатете се за работа. Народов е доволно изгорен од пирамиди, понзи шеми, ветувања, клауд парички и остало срање.
