Tempo, Stable, Plasma, RH chain, Onyx and whatever BlackRock launches reinforces the app chain thesis.
Cosmos and Polkadot were on to something just didn’t execute appropriately.
ETH has L2s but lacks the fundamental design space and infra where others build custom EVM machines but where some security and value capture still goes back to it.
We may enter a world where outside of Bitcoin, none of the current chain and infra matters because frankly speaking no one is even really here at scale. We are a grain of sand on a beach.
