I have medium to low confidence in inclusion lists. If you censor transactions and even simulate what they are going to touch (not just the simple "to" value) - why would you not do the very same thing for the tx you set on the inclusion list. IMO privacy during inclusion is needed and we are building it for Gnosis and would be happy to bring it to Ethereum as well. @project_shutter

There is a guy named jaredfromsubway.eth making millions from MEV-bots. Dont underestimate the impact as >$100M was 'stolen' in this quarter only! This will only be more in the near future as retail dont understand sh*t about it and directly swap on Meta Mask etc. If u think retailers wont use on-chain, u are simply wrong and think about what safemoon did last cycle ;) Thats why @project_shutter / $SHU is very much needed in the space where blockchains are protected for MEV bots by default.
