Key findings from our just released State of Antisemitism in America 2025 Report:
- Over 9 in 10 of American Jews feel less safe as a Jewish person in the U.S. as a result of 3 major attacks on American Jews in 2025
- More than half change behaviors due to fear of antisemitism
- For the first time in our survey’s history, 7 in 10 report experiencing antisemitism online
The arson attack against @GovernorShapiro in PA, the murders of Sarah Milgrim and Yaron Lischinsky in D.C., and the murder of Karen Diamond in Colorado were among the most violent examples of attacks on American Jews last year.
But these were not isolated incidents. 78% of American Jews report feeling less safe as a Jewish person in the U.S. because of the Hamas terror attacks on Israel on October 7, 2023, and the subsequent Israel-Hamas war.

AJC @ProjInterchange hosted a delegation of African business leaders in Israel this week.
In partnership with AJC’s Africa Institute, the delegation explored opportunities for innovation-driven partnerships from AgriTech and FinTech to green energy, healthcare cooperation, and resilient community development.
Building on AJC’s longstanding work across Africa to connect African nations with Israel, participants engaged directly with Israeli innovators and gained on-the-ground insights into ways to strengthen Israel–Africa economic ties, open new pathways for collaboration, and foster deeper mutual understanding.
We look forward to the impactful partnerships and projects that will grow from these conversations.

I am calling on foreign ministers to act now: hold Iran’s leaders accountable, isolate the regime, protect those who flee, defend access to information, and impose real consequences on those who sustain this regime.

AJC @ProjInterchange and @CCFPeace brought leaders from some of the biggest companies in entertainment to Israel to experience the country firsthand and learn about it directly.
Through meetings with former hostages, Israeli entertainment professionals, the Druze community, representatives from the Israeli Arab and Palestinian communities, and survivors of the October 7, 2023, massacre, the group gained a clearer understanding of Israel’s diversity and beauty—often misrepresented in headlines.

Questa settimana sono in Medio Oriente con una delegazione di parlamentari di diverse nazioni europee (da Cipro alla Francia, passando per Lituania e Romania oltre a due colleghi italiani). I primi giorni li stiamo trascorrendo in Israele. Ieri a Tel Aviv e Gerusalemme abbiamo avuto incontri con esperti di geopolitica, di sicurezza e di diritto internazionale con cui abbiamo approfondito molte questioni; abbiamo visitato il Museo dell’Olocausto a Gerusalemme; abbiamo visitato la Knesset e incontrato una leader di opposizione. E abbiamo avuto un bellissimo incontro con Samer Sinijlavi, un politico palestinese. Durante la Seconda Intifada ha trascorso 5 anni nelle prigioni israeliane, durante i quali ha studiato l’ebraico e si è dedicato a conoscere il “nemico”. “Per risolvere un conflitto devi sempre metterti dalla parte del tuo nemico, perché se rimani solo dalla tua non riuscirai mai a vedere le cose che servono per porre fine alla guerra”, ci ha detto come prima cosa. Oggi è uno dei principali esponenti anti-Hamas che chiede libere elezioni per il popolo palestinese, in modo che possa emergere una leadership in grado di portare alla pace e all’unica soluzione possibile: quella dei due Stati.
