Confession:
No I'm not only testosterone.
- HCG 250 IU Mon/Wed/Friday (keeps the testes and downstream hormones alive)
- DHEA/Pregnenolone 25/10 mg morning, 25/10 mg evening (DHT and neurosteroids)
- Aromasin 6.25mg weekly (keeps estrogen in my sweet spot)
- Daily injections at 22mg/day (no peaks, more stability)
Testosterone was the foundation. But estrogen out of range was likely issue #1. Neurosteroids on the low end of the reference range don't help.
If you're on TRT for more than 6 months you might find yourself struggling with mood, libido, or erections.
Get your estrogen and neurosteroids checked and treated.
My mom passed away suddenly two days ago 💔 No illness, no clear reason—just gone.
She was a beautiful soul who always put others first, getting me through my toughest times. We were incredibly close; I saw her almost every day 😪
Life is so unpredictable man—everything can change in an instant.
She had so much life left to live, just in her early 50s. My parents were about to retire together and finally live the life they’d worked so hard for.
Without her, I wouldn’t be the person I am today.
I’d give up everything just to have one more day with her—to tell her how much I’m going to miss her, to hug her, to say a proper goodbye.
I miss her presence and her good vibes every moment of the day.
At 22, this leaves a huge hole in my heart ❤️🩹
Right now, I’m grieving, surrounded by family. Everyone loved her—she was a class act, and we’re all in shock.
I have to be strong for my little brother, sister, and my dad.
I’ll honor her for the rest of my life, in everything I do. I’ll cherish every good memory we had together.
Last travel update: 1.5 week in Spain before a quick stop in Zurich and Budapest for work.
Ibiza + Marbella always an excellent time. Great food, very cool geography + latter has actually decent infra relative to rest of Med.
Zurich solid. Small and sterile but very pretty. Have been to Geneva/St Moritz so was interesting to see the difference within CH.
7 week, 7 country summer trip done. Very fun. If you have the means would definitely recommend doing it with wife pre-kids as this would not be easy with little ones.
Time to end the year strong.

never a straight line going up continuously
ecom is a walking nightmare
but one by one we solve these problems until there are no more left

(rest of sales on other channels)
@xbtGBH While I respect the hustle,
20k is a bit optimistic for a digital nothingburger don’t you think?
Can easily see us retest the CME gap from 1939 breaking the western flank and sweeping the lows at $3.50 per BTC.
@amitisinvesting Zero zero zero on prime. Probably a show you’ve never heard of before. Came out during Covid but was drowned out by all the hype around tiger king. Watch the trailer and let me know what you think.
Prison Break just ended for me on $NFLX Netflix.
I was hooked on this show. It really takes a ton to get me hooked on a show because my attention span is horrible but this one got me.
Can anyone recommend a decent show that is actually good…like a show that you genuinely want to watch the next episode for?
Billions was trash but I’d love something like that. Breaking Bad is the GOAT but I’ve been through that show 10 times. Suits is cool but I saw that a while ago.
Something with the ethos of Billions, Breaking Bad, Suits, Prison Break…just needs a storyline that genuinely makes me want to watch and isn’t slow because I will check out quick. That was the issue with Billions. 60% of every episode was characters talking. I want action and need to be at the seat of my edge constantly.
What would you recommend?
@tawillionaire@KAErdmann@William48759211 Wow! Yeah those dues are absurd. Not sure how it works in NYC but the only loans on CO-OPs in SF were ARMs. Went down this road in 2014. Couldn’t even get it because one of the other units was under litigation and all units in a co-op share title. Is it the same in NYC too?
Most co-ops have mortgages. It’s one of the advantages of co-ops as a form of ownership.
(HOA in a condominium can’t take out a mortgage to help pay for common area maintenance, but a co-op can.)
Land lease means the co-op doesn’t own the land their building sits on. So they pay rent in addition to their mortgage.
Land lease is not a common thing in NYC residential. It’s very common in London.
Search “London leasehold flats” if you want to see some even crazier prices 😝
Exactly 1 month after getting my feeding tube removed from my bout with Pancreatitis. April 2023.
This was in Panama City Beach, I was attending a conference for contractors, weighed 145lbs.
Today I am 180lbs.
