This is insulting to women and girls. Idk why it angers me but it does. We already have so much to deal with when it comes to our menses, the pain, discomfort, the moodiness. Having a man talking about it, not knowing what they r for (ie his statement about the number/flow n the disgusting barbie pouch reference)...its fucking cringe. Us women know what these products are and we teach our girls what they r for. We dont need a giggling Girl larper explaining them to us or our kids. Added bonus: its disgusting that its some sort of trans fetish now too.

We do nurse-led moderate sedation for almost all of our Cathlab procedures but TAVI and structural (idea has been floated about though 👀) I think this is great, kudos to your team!

In September 2022 we tweeted our 1000th nurse-led sedation TAVI case. Today, we did our 2000th. We are hugely proud of our nurse-led programme which continues to go from strength to strength. Congrats to the whole team.

I went on the BBC to argue that Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) training in schools and workplaces is counterproductive, showing it degrades people of color & it unfairly burdens white people. I wanted to give examples how Indians on average are most likely to be managers & how white boys are performing the worst at schools in the UK. I was repeatedly shouted down by Narinder live on TV then she shouted about me off stage. She later posted an Instagram rant calling me “unhinged” and “crazy,” leading to me receiving online abuse & death threats from her followers. Narinder anger came from the fact she couldn’t use her usual race card as we share the same skin colour. Good to see the nationwide exposure of who she really is since horrible comments about Kate Middleton. There are far more incredible women who deserve more attention than this racial grifter clown. At today’s “peaceful” protest, @MetPoliceUK officers were hounded away for doing their jobs as a mob swore at them and chanted “Zionist police, off our streets.” What had the officers done to deserve this? In this footage, captured by our Demonstration and Event Monitoring Unit, we see that police officers had confiscated one of the “peaceful” protesters’ placards showing an assault rifle held aloft. Over a year of these protests, the mobs on our streets have become bolder and bolder as senior police officers appease them. Our police are failing to enforce the law, but when frontline officers have had enough and do take even mild action, as they did here, the mobs obstruct and abuse them, forcing them to retreat. If this is how they treat the police, is it any wonder that two thirds of the public now avoid city centres when these weekly protests and marches take place? Imagine what it feels like for London’s Jews who have had to hide their identity or avoid central London for over a year now. Why does Met Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley continue to appease and embolden thugs masquerading as activists? These protests are hostile and should be policed no differently than intimidation by football hooligans. Are we expected to go through yet another winter of Armistice Day and Christmas shopping being jostled by these anti-Israel protests? Enough excuses. Met Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley, Mayor of London @SadiqKhan, and Home Secretary @YvetteCooperMP must urgently take action just as they did against the thugs and arsonists who smashed up streets this summer. There is no room for double standards in policing. The most basic duty of law enforcement is to ensure that our streets are safe for ordinary citizens. Does anyone still believe that they are performing that duty effectively?
