@canadaposthelps the ai chat bots suck. I sent a package a week ago using my business account, it was sent priority and should have arrived on the 5th but hasn’t moved since. I tried to create a ticket using the chat but got disconnected. Its been very frustrating

@amazonca I’m trying to leave a review on an item but it keeps getting denied? The item is received is not the same as what I ordered. I’m concerned that if my review it being blocked from posting, others may be blocked as well as I saw no negative reviews. Misleading.
