@alexwestco Argh, yes
So difficult
Many tasks appear to make sense (for validated businesses)

"pretend work" is a monster that has to be killed daily.
Spaghetti@Throw_Spaghetti
The productivity trap that fooled me: Pretend work. I was tweaking logos instead of validating. An idea from @alexwestco: true work > pretend work. So I built a landing page in 4 hours. It collects emails. It accepts payments. Now I throw spaghetti and let reality decide 🍝

@shipwithjay @DanKulkov A/B/n test some prices
Or if that feels like scamming
Yes, try $49.99
English

@DanKulkov that lifetime offer is basically a cash-flow test. if $24.99 moved you from $600 to $2600/mo, $49.99 is worth testing before guessing the ceiling

@terencebuilds Just recently started using Claude next to Cursor.. must say, not bad in terms of process
Haven't seen the code decisions it made yet though
English

@publicappscom Cursor for the heavy lifting, Claude when I need it to actually think. Codex feels like it's always one tab behind.
