He’s done it multiple times—snippy, dismissive, especially with women journalists. Poilievre asks 'which outlet?' for accountability. Carney insults and shuts down when challenged. Liberal leaders don’t insult the press? Pull the other one. Mar 17, 2025: Snippy on conflicts of interest → “Look inside yourself… You start from a prior of conflict and ill will.” - Mar 4, 2026: Chippy with National Post reporter over India interference quote. Apr 27, 2026: Tense skewering: “If you can ask a factual question, you can get a factual answer.” May 2026: Visibly upset, cuts off female Globe & Mail reporter live on Alberta MOU.
