Here’s how other manufactures would do lease: 80k MSRP x residual value of 60%-65% = 48000 buy out price 80k - 7500 IRA = 72.5 - 48 = 24.5k total finance amount for 3 years Assume interest rate 2% (you have 30B cash, use it), total out of pocket lease payment will be around 26k / 36 mon = $725/month This is way more attractive with lower monthly payment and knowing can buy out at 48k after 3 years. Please re-think the program!
