@TelusSupport Later in the day I realized #Telus had not provided me with an Insurance Certificate to give me a reduced rate on my Home Insurance. They said 24 hours it is now 2 weeks. Maybe Loyalty is a one way thing with #TelusHome Where is that @Rogers number?

@TELUSsupport Ah yes, my love hate relationship with TELUS Business. The @Rogers folks were at my door yesterday and made quite a case for switching over, I said no I was a LOYAL #Telus subscriber.

@ChrisLaBossiere Politicians respond to pressure from taxpayers so we all need to to better understand what the mandate scope of municipal government is. Back in the ‘70’s 80’s there was a gradual shifting away from direct delivery of services to “facilitation”.
