Your team isn’t losing to competitors. They’re losing to hesitation, bad intel, and dead docs. I built @PlaywiseHQ so your team can stop bleeding winnable deals

@render with your new pricing can a hobby plan pay the extra $0.25 per domain per month to have more than 2 domains?

The new Claude Code post-mortem proves @theo was right. Anthropic employees never noticed the performance degradation because they aren't dog-fooding the same product shipped to the rest of us.

@bcherny @ReadySetBrian Seeing how Anthropic haven't addressed the overwhelmingly neg response to Opus 4.7 I can't help but think they actually want to lose individual users. I used to love working in CC, now it just feels like a chore.

Canceled Claude max today, @bcherny whatever happened in the last 1-2 months is a significant regression. The model feels like someone from OpenAI started working on trust and safety there. Opus thinking is significantly worse. Every statement is “here’s where I’d push back on that” and then proceeds to rattle off the most inane list of confused counter arguments. It was perfect 3-4 months ago!!!

We raised $6M to kill the book-a-demo button with self-improving agents, led by @FoundationCap. One customer had Hobbes close a deal end-to-end within an hour of going live. Another has 2x'd revenue since going live. This is the new default for growth in the agent era. Hiring across GTM and engineering in SF. Come build with us.

@Shpigford I loved Opus 4.6. Working with 4.7 is a battle almost every single prompt. Its getting tiring just using it.

opus 4.7 is the first time i've thought "anthropic may be moving too fast". just feels sloppy. every interaction i'm having with 4.7 across every input (cowork, chat, code, TUI, API, manage sessions)...they're all having substantial issues that 4.6 simply doesn't encounter.

Unless you are on the $200 Claude Code Max plan doing long haul work with Opus 4.5 is super rough. The limits just feel too tight especially for deep layered projects rather than those quick 5 minute single prompt tasks. Still though you can get some killer results pairing the $100 Claude Max with Gemini 3 Pro if you balance the workload right.

@menesekinci_ai Ok I'll test again later when my current session resets, but I didn't expect to hit 16% utilization with one fairly straight forward prompt. 🤞 the limits are actually usable.

@pvptowers Yes the limits are definitely up. Using Opus 4.5 gives you an allowance pretty close to Sonnet 4.5 compared to 4.1. I have no clue what the actual stats are though.

@jasondeanlee Hit 16% current usage limit with one prompt (small review and refactor) with Opus 4.5. It looks like its unusable for the real world. Switched back to Sonnet 4.5 and will test Gemini Pro 3 later this week.

Claude Opus 4.5 is still terrible at math and has super low rate limits even on the max plan. It reminds me of grok, just claims and states results and no matter how you prompt, it won't give a proof. The claims are also wrong, but in subtle ways. I would say GPT 5.1 pro> gemini 3 >> opus 4.5 ~ grok Congrats to gemini team, this release makes yall look ok now.

@sir4K_zen @trq212 I hit 16% usage of Opus 4.5 for a small review and refactor. So on that basis 4 - 5 prompts and I would hit my Current Session limit, which is exactly what made Opus 4.1 unusable for the real world as well. I don't know if the limit is actually improved.

Opus 4.5 is so good we buried some of the lede- It's cheaper, faster & more token efficient than Opus 4.1 On CC for Max and Team Premium users we've increased overall usage limits, meaning you'll have roughly the same number of Opus tokens as you previously had with Sonnet.

@JoRoan @BenBajarin Have you tried 4.5? I have hit 16% Current Session usage with one prompt (small review and refactor), so I'm not getting my hopes up that there is any actual change to the rate limit here.

@enricoros @AnthropicAI Are you actually seeing changes to the limits? I made one prompt (small review and refactor) using the new default Opus 4.5 model at hit 16% Current Session usage immediately?

@AnthropicAI dropped not only an intelligence efficiency masterpiece, but also API innovations, with code-side tools for container code to call functions, and tool search to look up tools to shrink context. Opus 4.5 as the default, limits removed CC model opens a new chapter.

@jkudish @Anthropic Are limit changes actually true? I updated CC and one prompt on the new default Opus 4.5 model and I'm at 16% of Current Session usage. This is the same as what I saw previously, making Opus models unusable for real world users.

Sales is the most misunderstood role in tech. You miss quota? You’re lazy. You hit quota? “It must be the product.” Let me break the illusion 🧵 1.Sales is the only job where your performance is public. Every. Single. Day. There’s no hiding. No fluff. You either close… or you don’t. 2.Most reps don’t burn out from rejection. They burn out from silence. From no support. From carrying the whole company’s future while being treated like a replaceable cog. 3.One bad quarter and your job’s at risk. Even if leads dried up. Even if the market changed. Even if you worked harder than ever. We judge outcomes—not effort. 4.Sales struggles aren’t always sales problems. They’re messaging problems. Product problems. Marketing problems. But sales always takes the hit. 5.Great sellers aren’t arrogant. They’re usually insecure as hell. They replay losses. They wonder if their last win was just luck. Confidence isn’t permanent—leaders need to rebuild it weekly. 6.Most “perfect” resumes come from perfect situations. Warm leads. Big brands. Fat budgets. You don’t need a logo chaser. You need someone who can win in your environment. 7.Great sales leadership isn’t about dashboards. It’s about belief. Coaching. Knowing when to push—and when to protect. — Sales isn’t easy. It’s not luck. And it sure as hell isn’t magic. Treat your sellers like elite athletes. Support them and they’ll make you millions. Ignore them and they’ll quietly walk out the door.
