I'm going to put together a thread covering Trump's rally in Pittsburgh -- his third of four today. Follow along for clips and commentary.

Trump, moments ago: "They (the migrants) took the young girls, and they sliced them to death with knives. They didn't shoot them because it was too quick." One component of Malignant Narcissism is Sadism. People don’t fathom how deeply Trump is driven by it. In normal people, those types of impulses are offset by caring emotion. Trump has none. He enjoys chaos, actually takes glee from others' suffering. He enjoyed telling this story, even though it wasn't true. He defames women he's raped. He makes fun of others' disabilities. And he didn't just foment an insurrection, he savored it - even more so as it grew violent. He's feeling sadistic because he is losing, knows it's his fault, and can't process the new emotions he's really feeling - shame and depression. And terror.
