I pay those fuckers for the "privilege" of putting my data through the AI and now they will force me to rate the activity to see the outcome? Get fucked @Strava

@dhl_suppor @DHLUS That's interesting! The support refused to engage until I get a WhatsApp account. Didn't realize you guys need to hawk users for Facebook. Classy move. But tell you what, get the delivery happen today and we can go back to being friends.
English

@DHLUS @DHLUSHelp Thanks for taking my parcel on a nice long trip from LA to Cincinnati and back. I just wish I didn't pay extra for a fast delivery with a reputable carrier as yourself. This shipment was supposed to arrive in New Zealand yesterday. Thank you.

@kylehqcom I'm more of a believer that silence is golden.

Hey @GarminFitness. Would you mind explaining something to me? Below are 2 screenshots. One of my heart rate recorded by the watch on my wrist without tracking any activity. The other is of the real heart rate coming from the chest strap during the activity. WHY SO DIFFERENT?

English

@Strava is such a piece of shit! I stopped following someone a few days ago and since then I constantly have them in the “Suggested friends” panel.
English

@StravaSupport I think it has something to do with the value of the Training Impulse. Initially, this was reported as 136 (AFAIK). Now it seems to be down to 75. Why would a value on a single, specific workout change like this?

English

@StravaSupport The same story today. Just after a workout (10am) the fitness score is 64. 3h later it drops down to 62.

English

@StravaSupport Hey. Any idea why the fitness value on the screenshots below went down within a few hours? My impression was that it should be constant within a single day. Possibly not looking at this but I'd be keen to know how it's calculated.

English

@StravaSupport Based on your use of the word "daily" I assume what I'm seeing is not correct.
English

@pzurek The Fitness Score is calculated using Training Load and/or Relative Effort, to measure your daily training, and an impulse-response model to quantify its effect over time. This will intuitively capture the building up of fitness, as well as the loss of fitness during a break!
English

@nzkoz @morganpyne I doubt it somehow. You've always asked very good questions and challenged the right assumptions.
English

@morganpyne Yeah, though it has gotten to the point that I’m not much help…

@AdrianwithaW Come, hang out. There's nice vibes there but also we could use some of your pointed humour.
