@SunExpress despite assurances the flight with our luggage landed last night at Antalya airport still no cases arrived at @TrendyHotelsTR Lara .. little information or support from @TUIUK despite being a TUI package holiday all booked through them.. 3 days without luggage!

@HardenTuiuk As you can see @TUIUK 3 days in and TUI reps at @TrendyHotelsTR have not been proactive in helping in any shape or form.. no calls made or information gained.. we have given them more information than they could provided.. support has been poor..

@quintonwc @SunExpress @NCLairport My brother @GGreid87 admittedly did get a tad angry but we managed to get out with all out cases without him getting lifted by the Turkish police 🤣

@SunExpress our flight to Antalya left @NCLairport on Saturday 29th June and we are now 2 days in with no luggage and little information provided .. can you suggest any updates!

@quintonwc @SunExpress @NCLairport We have just been to Antalya Airport and collected our luggage. All the suitcases are now there and getting sent out to everyone today. It shouldn't have taken us travelling almost 2 hours each way and spending £200 in minibus to pick up our luggage! Hope you get yours soon 🙏
