Whereas on going to UGC (DEB) office, the officials are telling us that the university is allowed to issue degrees to collaborative students before 2013- 2014 derecognition. And the university is harassing the students on their end.

Many people from my batch as collaborative students in the batch 2008 -2011 have received their degree certificates in 2012, 2013, 2019, 2020. Now the university is blaming UGC other statuary bodies, for not issuing degrees.
