Case no. 2602-LX-00490 is forwarded to the concerned department of @CSMIA_Official by @FlySWISS for 4 days now but there is no update yet. Not sure why the investigation is taking so long. Had a terrible experience while flying & now chasing 'em since 10 days for a solution.

Terrible experience with @FlySWISS Book ref. 8OSZJF. Flight no.LX155. cabin bag with excess weight of 3kg was allowed at check-in but just before entering the flight it led to harrasment by staff asking to get out of flight. Paid 23k INR eventually. Need immediate justice.

@ICICILombard - Surveyor has done the inspection but claim(MOT17126693) is not getting processed since 10 days because as per surveyor's pathetic reason ICICI does not have inspection photos that were taken at the time of issuing policy. Honour my claim ASAP.

@Uber_Support Kindly review my fare for the trip that I took at 11.45 AM today. The driver was unnecessarily taking long routes because of which I had to get down and take another ride. Wasted time & money. Very disappointed. Please review my fare at earliest.

@JioMart_Support order numbers 17607847300778061A& 17607869840821329A were returned. Despite the delivery being free for both the orders, delivery associates asked for 20 bucks extra,otherwise they will cancel the order. look into this on priority and get orders delivered ASAP.
