@Office365 charged $129 instead of $99 automatically in Dec 2025. I found that I could switch back. I did. But this 5 trillion dollar company won't refund the $30 that it took from me. Their support site doesn't work. Phone support is a joke. Satya!!!!

@British_Airways you use A380 but please maintain seats also. My seat's audio jack did not work. Nor did the charger. The next seat's charger worked but was so weak that in the 10 hour flight, it charged only 5%. Please take care of economy passenters.
@British_Airways BA285 from London to San Francisco. Feb 2. Seat 26G. I did not tell the crew because they could not have fixed it. The display was from last century. I think you guys need to upgrade the economy class seats and give us some attention.
@AskBAW_Service your system emailed asking to online check in 36 hours before the flight, but the website says to check in 24 hours. Perhaps you need to sync your email sender with the website.

@BestBuySupport Your company did not allow me to return an item within 30 days. So I stand by my decision. Unless your company improves that policy, I will consider it the last choice.

@BestBuy today I was surprised to note that the return window is not 30 days but just 15 days. Will keep this in mind in the future and use Best Buy only as a last resort.
Suggestion to @udemy .. please improve your tech support. Udemy is a great source to learn ... until something goes wrong. After that trying to get support is very hard. The 'Alex' bot is not useful. Please have an easy way to submit tickets.
You send your kid to @USC, a very expensive and exceptionally good school. But their insurance plan leaves the kid out of insurance in the middle of the month. Next insurance starts on the first. How can the do this to a student!
@TheOfficialSBI submitted KYC to the incorrect branch. Now, they want us to spend time from our vacation to submit AGAIN. Why? Can't they get it from that branch? Why is that incompetent worker not fired? Shame.
