Another observation - each flight gets about 5% luggage in 30-35 minutes and than the wait is long? Is it to record that luggage delivered in the starting time SLA! Our Chandigarh flight landed 10.10 pm and they added delhi flight to the queue on same belt! While we were still waiting few delhi flight luggage got delivered? Is it deliberate SLA achievement trick or the deliberate delay or insensitivity on doing it in full on time? @NMIAindia
