@askUHC Why has it taken me hours on the phone with #OptumBank to (not yet) get a reimbursement I have been owed for months? Why did a claim get flagged as "duplicate" when I only submitted one receipt? What "research" is your claims department doing? #MedicareForAll

@VivintHome improperly installed a sensor, upsold me on the “Protection Plan”, and now tells me it’s up to me to install the new one they sent out. And the driveway light they installed crapped out - but that will require me to be transferred elsewhere to fix. Why did I switch?

@RideAlto I thought my max wait time for a car was 10-15 minutes? I had to try for 10 minutes straight to get connected to a driver just now, and they are 25 minutes away. What exactly am I paying for here?

@MJSchulman pay out of pocket to be “local hires” even if they weren’t based out of the NY area. Netflix and Lionsgate were terrible here too, but saying an immensely powerful showrunner couldn’t do anything about this is not accurate.

@MJSchulman Jenji Kohan definitely knew about her actors’ salaries and definitely had the power to address them. I worked at the agency that represented her, and covered this and her other series. She and her producers and casting director took it as a badge of honor that actors would (1/2)
