Not a YouTube playlist.
Not a Twitter thread full of fluff.
Textbooks written by the researchers who built the field.
The people who actually study this will not just understand AI better than their peers.
They will understand it better than most people currently getting paid to work in it.
Most people will bookmark this and never open it.
The ones who open it tonight are the ones who show up in 12 months having built something nobody around them understands yet.
Bookmark this.
Open the first one tonight.
Follow @cyrilXBT for more resources that actually compound.

@Dillydallyyyy @IBCamille @The_Only_Barbie I suppose the problem lies in why we categorize this as white or black issue. Instead, we should simply recognize someone’s competence/familiarity with different hair textures as a hairstylist, regardless of their race. I guess it goes to show you how people’s perceptions differ
English

@IBCamille @The_Only_Barbie Wow you don’t come across many black salons like that often enough
English

@Kayleelmk @EGoldstein12345 @wynrosei That’s precisely what he was saying. Ironically, the analogy you used is actually supporting his argument.
English

@EGoldstein12345 @wynrosei Think of it in this analogy. Let’s say you’re hiking in the woods, there’s going to be snakes and obviously you know not all of them are venomous and will bite you but you wouldn’t risk it would you? Same thing with men, not all are dangerous but i’d rather be safe than sorry.

Mayor Nancy Bower, Ashlee Jenae, + more femicide happening every day around the globe at the hands of male partners. . These aren’t random. Too often, women are harmed at pivotal moments in their lives—when they’re thriving, gaining independence, pregnant, or preparing to finally leave. These transitions can threaten control, & that’s when violence escalates. This is not coincidence, it’s a pattern. Awareness & accountability matter. Stay safe out there ladies 🤍

I am currently undergoing Life saving Treatment from horrific damage from the Pfizer COVID 19 vaccines. I am here in Japan at Edogawa Hospital. The Treatment is to clear spike proteins, amyloid blood clots, autoantibodies, and misfolding proteins from the blood using dual filter plasmapheresis and using pre-growth stem cells to help my own body repair itself. This is the only place on the entire planet that offers this treatment. I am patient number 14 here and am witnessing nothing short of miracles. Thanks to the brilliant scientist Kevin McCairn and Dr. Mary Talley Bowden for sending me here. It is truly a miracle watching these patients come back to life. It is the most incredible bonding experience of my life with these amazing survivors. I want to give Pfizer a special thank you for the heart damage, severe blood clotting, multiple organ damage, central nervous system damage, brain damage, microvascular small vessel disease, bleeding from the stomach, esophagus, lungs, and sinuses, destroying my thyroid and having it removed, destruction of my sinus cavities, and the graves disease, gastritis, bleeding under the skin that opens up to sores, and best of all, the small fiber neuropathy. For all of the skeptics of vaccine injury, my labs 100% tell the entire story. Follow the science.

Mastic gum KILLED cancer cells in a lab. And left the healthy cells completely untouched.
Not radiation. Not chemo. A tree resin. Published. Peer-reviewed.
Colon cancer — dead. Pancreatic cancer — dead. Prostate cancer — dead. Oral cancer — dead. Leukemia — dead.
Normal cells sitting right next to them? Unharmed.
The resin was SELECTIVE. It triggered programmed cell death ONLY in cancerous cells. Healthy tissue left alone.
Chemo can’t do that. It destroys everything. That’s why your hair falls out. That’s why your immune system collapses. Chemo carpet bombs. This tree resin selected its targets.
Most of this data is in vitro — cells in a dish, not a human body. But one study went further. Live mice with colorectal tumors. Mastic gum extract suppressed tumor growth by 35%. Not in a dish. In a living body.
In another study it POTENTIATED gemcitabine — a standard pancreatic cancer drug — making it significantly more effective while blocking the inflammatory pathway cancers use to survive treatment.
Not a cure. Not a replacement for treatment. But the data exists and nobody talks about it.
H. pylori is linked to up to 90% of stomach cancers. Mastic gum kills H. pylori. Mastic gum also kills cancer cells directly. Two mechanisms. One tree resin. $30 a month.
The cancer industry doesn’t sell prevention. It sells treatment. Think about why.

She needs to stop being loyal to a group of males that think they need to handle her. This was cringe AF - if they consider dating black women a struggle take the struggle away and stop giving them the time of day. Plenty of men from other races that are open to them and who don’t see them as problematic cause they’re not self hating/have mommy issues. At least you will have a higher likelihood of being married instead of being baby mama number seven.
English

I know not all black woman are like this…which was my point. This woman is angry and blaming it on black men choosing white women over her. Hell, a rabid dog would be an upgrade to this woman. It is not about race. It is about the connection between two people. We all bled the same color…it’s what is in the inside. As for cooking…I’m a brown girl…not white, not black…BROWN…I don’t put raisins in the potato salad and I know how to season food…but again, I don’t want a man that bases my worth on that. Have a blessed day.

-The fatty acid composition of membranes MIGHT be one of the determining factors of maximum life span.
-Intermittent fasting can increase the abundance of beneficial bacteria, such as members of the Lactobacillaceae, Bacteroidaceae and Prevotellaceae, but it's far preferable to skip dinner than it is to skip breakfast (unless you have sleep issues that are related to cortisol/poor glycogen storage etc).
-Levothyroxine users (T4) had a 50% higher adjusted odds ratio for cancer at any site compared with non-users.
Now, we need to note that this was an observational study and that pre-existing thyroid conditions independently alter cancer risk.
But, it makes some sense since T4 is significantly more potent than T3 at activating the pro-oncogenic signals via the αvβ3 integrin receptor (like the ERK1/2 pathway).
Using high doses of T3 can have its own problems (especially if you use it for no real reason), but it does not seem to impact cancer risk nearly as much.

@aliswisel @EdKolife @newstart_2024 Forreal they really think they have it figured out but they are simply misogynists that miss having the upper hand on women (financial control, cause women couldn’t hold bank accounts, voting rights, and much more)
English

@EdKolife @newstart_2024 The irony of your using a Cosmo cover to argue that "having it all" was NOT media noise is amusing, at least. I was a feminist in 1982 myself, Ed. There were concrete goals to push toward, not hype. Laws to get passed, women's lives to save, male violence to object to.
English

A 40-year-old working mom of two just said what a lot of women are quietly thinking after years in the corporate grind:
“I fell for it. Go to college, get the degree, you can have it all — career, kids, the whole thing.
I don’t want to do it all anymore.
I want to take my kids to school, pick them up, be there when they get home, chaperone field trips, volunteer, go to the gym, clean the house, do laundry, cook dinner… just be home.”
She’s blunt: “It’s not worth it. Don’t fall for that sh... Find a way to be with your family.”
It’s raw, honest, and hits different when you hear it from someone who’s lived both sides.
Moms (and dads) — have you ever reached that point where the “have it all” dream started feeling like a trap?
What would your ideal balance actually look like if money or societal pressure wasn’t part of the equation?

Tumors literally liquefied by sound waves — no scalpel, no chemo, no radiation.
This is histotripsy: focused ultrasound waves that rapidly expand and collapse gases inside cancer cells, destroying them mechanically in minutes while leaving healthy tissue untouched.
In the demo at one of the leading hospitals doing this procedure, doctors showed before-and-after liver tumor images — a large lesion basically gone four months later, with the liver healing naturally.
It’s FDA-approved for liver tumors in the US (since 2023, now available in 18 states) and has early/limited access in the UK, UAE, and Hong Kong, with trials underway for kidney, pancreatic, prostate, and more organs.
The procedure takes 1–3 hours; most patients go home the same day. Side effects are usually mild flu-like symptoms the next day as the body clears the debris.
This isn’t sci-fi — it’s happening now and expanding globally as more units are built.
What do you think — could non-invasive sound-wave tumor destruction become a game-changer, or is it still too early to get excited?

The truth is clearly stranger than fiction :
How many of you know that the CIA had a secret project ( which was later declassified) called Project Stargate - It’s work involved ‘Remote Viewing’- Where a person had an ability to ‘psychically’ see events , secret sites or any information from a great distance.
Project Stargate was a Success , as CIA was able to use it in several occasions -With an extremely high degree of accuracy .
Ingo Swann was one of the best remote viewers in the world
and worked in Project Stargate. He had claimed to have seen ‘rings’ on planet Jupiter through remote viewing . Later in 1979, it was discovered that Jupiter did have ‘rings’, but they were not as noticeable as Saturn ! Swann had also claimed to have seen alien bases on Moon.
