@ramenatteryan@youfibre_status@youfibre Bad news…our main backhaul is down, and the other one is congested. Working with the provider to fix it. We are deploying a new backhaul with more capacity…so bear with us.

@JeremyChelot It was definitely one of those days, one of the team thought it was one website at first, I told them. Try my website, cloudflare error at the proxy, that was the quick way to identify the cause!
@LeShuttle as you can see below there were a number of delays Sunday, both my outbound and inbound journeys were 1 hour late. 2 hours overall, any chance of compensation?

@UKPowerNetworks Power cuts again? I suspect your overhead network is arcing with trees again, can we get an aerial patrol via helicopter or drone again?
@JeremyChelot@ispreview It’s good to see it is now in place.
I was quite pleased when I saw that the usage stats we discussed a while back were included.
@JamesJ34846976@youfibre Actually 24 hours is not bad, last time it happened in my area it was over 7 days recovery for all major operators other than Netomnia who had contingencies
@youfibre I am guessing some idiot has cut through a major fibre trunk but 24 hours down is very poor. This should be in the news by now. Certainly would have been if BT or VM had it
