She used his silence to further her viewership and defamation against him. Same components: 1) Defamation 2) Conspiracy 3) Aiding and Abetting The lawsuit addresses public vs. private individuals as well. “He did not seek publicity” “His participation in the controversy was limited to defending statements made against him.” “Two podcast appearances” And, similarly, Candace Owens, is saying she is glad she is being sued because, you guessed it, the discovery phase🤣🤣🤣🤣
