@KLM Regrettably, I have reached a point where I no longer feel confident in choosing KLM for my future travel needs.

@KLM @mfguraya Be careful, don't buy tickets by them! They can claim randomly that you were not on one of their flights (even if you can prove it) and they will threaten you to pay a 500EUR-fee. If you don't pay, they won't let you board a second flight (that you paid for!)

@KLM @mfguraya Recently they claimed I did not board one of my outbound flights. They forced me to pay a fee of 500 EUR (yes, 500!!!) to go back home. It was useless to send to their Customer Care 16 independent proofs that I was on that flight

@adikishore @KLM @mfguraya Just wondering if you ever managed to get a resolution on this? I'm going through something similar with @KLM at the moment and I'm finding it impossible to get answers!

@KLM @mfguraya No one can contact the people who can answer across the entire KLM organisation - no other team! And of course, the one team that can sort it out is hidden away behind an email, which they don't answer. It's an amazing business model.

@annedrewa for all non EU #passengers, @KLM has no response for a horrendous flight interruption that doubles your trip time. This is not the only case it happened to several passengers on that flight and this is how they respond. Let’s do a story for #NorthAmerican passengers
