1. आदरणीय रेल मंत्री जी, मैंने पूर्व में मथुरा रेलवे स्टेशन की यात्रियों के प्रति संवेदनहीनता की बात लिखी है। 2. मेेरे साथ आज फिर झांसी रेलवे स्टेशन पर चढ़ते हुए एक घटना हो गई जिसमें कोई अपराधी नहीं है बल्कि स्टेशनों पर आधुनिक सुविधाओं के निर्माण में व्यावहारिक संवेदनशीलता का अभाव कारण बना है। 3. झांसी रेलवे स्टेशन के सीसीटीवी निकलवाए जाएं मैं झांसी रेलवे स्टेशन पर ट्रेन आने के पहले आ गई थी और यह ट्रेन निर्धारित समय से पूर्व टाइम पर झांसी आ गई और निर्धारित समय से पूर्व प्रस्थान हो गई। 4. मुझे बैटरी गाड़ी में बैठाकर प्लेटफॉर्म नंबर 1 से 4 नंबर की तरफ ले जाया जा रहा था इतने में जिस ट्रैक को हमें पर करना था उस पर से एक गाड़ी लंबे समय तक गुजरी और हम खड़े रहे फिर जब थोड़ा आगे बढ़े तो एक हाथ ठेला ट्रैक में फंसा हुआ था उसको निकालने में मेरे सुरक्षाकर्मियों ने सहयोग किया फिर जब मैं 4 नंबर प्लेटफार्म पर पहुंची तथा जिस ट्रेन पंजाब मेल में मुझे बैठना था वह चलती जा रही थी फिर किसने चेन खींची जिसका मुझे अंदाज नहीं है और मुझे ट्रेन में बैठा दिया गया। 5. मैं समय पर स्टेशन पहुंची,तेजी से नहीं चल पाने की मेरी असमर्थता के कारण थोड़ा पहले रेलवे-स्टेशन पहुंची, झांसी रेलवे विभाग के अधिकारी मेरी इस शारीरिक असमर्थता से सालों से परिचित हैं इसलिए उन्होंने मेरे लिए बैटरी गाड़ी की व्यवस्था की थी क्योंकि एक्सीलेटर पर भी मुझे तकलीफ हो सकती थी। 6. सब कुछ समय के अनुसार था किसी से कोई भूल नहीं थी फिर भी ट्रेन के तीन-चार मिनट मेरे लिए खराब हुए इसमें पहला कारण था ट्रेन का समय से पहले पहुंचना तथा समय से 2 मिनट पहले निकल जाना, फिर जिस ट्रैक को मुझे पार करना था उस पर अचानक लंबे समय तक ट्रेन का गुजरना तथा इस ट्रैक पर एक हाथ ठेले का फंसा हुआ होना इसके लिए कौन जिम्मेदार हो सकता है सिवाय इसके कि हमें रेलवे का आधुनिकरण करना चाहिए लेकिन पुरानी व्यवस्थाओं को सजग भी रखना चाहिए। मैं मथुरा और झांसी की इन घटनाओं के बारे में मैं आपसे मिलकर बात करूंगी। 7. मेरा तो छोड़ दीजिए लेकिन आमजन, दिव्यांगजन, वृद्ध, स्त्री पुरुष बहुत सारा सामान एवं गोद में बच्चे लिए महिलाएं अव्यवस्था का शिकार होते हैं। 8. मैं झांसी रेलवे के अधिकारियों की बिल्कुल गलती नहीं मानती और अपनी भी नहीं मानती यह पूरी की पूरी व्यवस्था रेल के अंदर रेल को संचालित करने वाले अधिकारियों के द्वारा हुई। मैं आपसे फिर कहूंगी कि आप इन अव्यवस्थाओं पर ध्यान दीजिए। @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva
