As an Iranian who stayed connected through Starlink during the total internet blackout, I want to wholeheartedly confirm what President Trump just said: "The Iranian people want to be free. They have lived in a world that you know NOTHING about." For 47 years, my people have endured systematic torture, rape, murder, humiliation, anxiety, suppression, and grief under the Islamic Republic. It’s been a long, grinding suffering — punctuated by brutal spikes like the January protests, mass executions, and now war. The world has no idea of the scale or depth of these horrors. Only when this evil regime finally falls will the full truth pour out — in quality and quantity that will shock humanity. We have now reached a point where almost no cost is too great if it rids us of this regime. Because the cost of it staying in power is infinitely higher. If you’re reading this and you can’t understand how any Iranian could feel relief at their own country losing a war and getting bombed… I envy you. You have never lived what we have lived. You have never watched your people, friends, family, and loved ones get tortured, raped, or killed almost daily and over half a century. You have never seen an entire nation slowly but brutally suffocated like this. We tried every alternative imaginable: massive protests, dissent, peaceful reform, negotiations — everything. None of it worked. The regime’s answer has always been bullets, gallows, and more terror. Now, less than 24 hours before Trump’s deadline, I write this with a heavy heart from inside Iran: Whatever happens next — if there is still an Iran left to save and this regime is gone — the Iranian people will be happy with the result. No matter the cost. Because the cost of the regime remaining is higher, and for many of us, death itself is preferable to another day under this nightmare. This is the true sentiment of the majority of Iranians — the voice of a people who often have no internet, no platform, and no way to be heard. The world will soon understand why we say: Anything to be free. Anything to end this evil. #IranMassacre#IranRevolution2026

@JDVance_News This situation deserves to be spoken about with clarity and honesty. There are no justifications that make the loss of innocent life acceptable. The idea that civilians are being used as shields only distracts from the real and urgent issue—countless lives are at risk.

🚨 #BREAKING: Iran is now using children as human shields around power plants and bridges — hoping to protect their military targets from U.S. strikes. This is pure evil! The same regime that screams “Death to America” is willing to sacrifice its own kids to shield its weapons. President Trump made it clear: A whole civilization may die tonight… but after 47 years of extortion, corruption, and death, the Iranian people might finally be freed. No more hiding behind children. No more playing games with human lives. The regime is run by vile animals. America will not be blackmailed by terrorists using kids as shields. Pray for the innocent. Pray for the fall of this evil regime 🇺🇸 #USA #IranWar #Trump

I don't understand why some opposition journalists and bloggers are treating this as shocking 'breaking news.' If Maama @JanetMuseveni is indeed unwell, it shouldn't be a political scandal, she is a human being, just like the rest of us. Sickness doesn't choose sides; it can affect anyone, regardless of status, power, or age. We are all vulnerable to illness. Turning someone's health challenges into a weapon for political attacks or celebration reflects poorly on those doing it like you. It reveals more about bitterness and opportunism than about genuine concern for Uganda's future. Whether the rumors are true or exaggerated, basic decency calls for empathy, not glee. If she's sick, we should wish her a speedy recovery. If the claims are false, spreading them only erodes credibility. Thank you 🙏🏿

𝐔𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐉𝐞𝐭 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐔.𝐒., 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 A Ugandan government aircraft used for VIP travel has landed in the United States, with no official explanation for the trip. The aircraft, registered as 5X-UGF, is a Gulfstream G550 operated by the Government of Uganda and used for official state travel, including the transport of President @KagutaMuseveni. Flight tracking data from @flightaware (RAU2) : flightaware.com/live/flight/RA… indicates the aircraft transited through Cape Verde before arriving in Savannah, Georgia where it has remained on the ground for over 23 hours as of this publication. Ugandan authorities have not publicly stated the purpose of the visit. Presidential jets are not routine transport. Their use is comparable in significance to Air Force One in the United States, generally associated with the movement of the head of state or matters of national security. Long-distance deployments of such aircraft typically signal travel of sensitivity or high security levels. The lack of official information has fueled public interest and online discussion about the timing of the aircraft’s arrival in the United States, including unverified claims about the health of First Lady @JanetMuseveni. The purpose of the aircraft’s presence in the United States remains unclear.

My friend flew back to the UK yesterday.. No airport photos. No farewell party. Just an evening flight out of Entebbe, touching down in the UK around 7am — quietly, like she was never really here. A year ago, she went home buzzing with hope. London had ground her down. The cold, the loneliness, the bills that never stopped. She missed Kampala. The noise, the warmth, the feeling of belonging somewhere. I understood that feeling — I'm still here in the UK myself, and some days Uganda feels like the only answer. But missing home and actually living in it are two different things. The power cuts hit first. She'd be working and the lights would just vanish. Not for an hour — for two days. No warning, no reason given. Then Entebbe Road started stealing her mornings. Out of the house at 5am, sitting in traffic until 9, already tired before anything had even started. Then a boda-boda knocked into her. Clearly his fault. But she looked like she had money, so the crowd had already made up their mind. The police weren't much better — they looked at her and saw an opportunity, not a victim. Every conversation had an invisible price attached to it... nobody looked at what actually happened — they just looked at her and saw a transaction. Every conversation came with a price tag. She tried to start something small in Kikuubo. People took advantage. Faces she trusted disappeared with her money. The jobs she interviewed for offered salaries that couldn't cover her basics — like her years of experience abroad counted for nothing. Then came the family pressure. The same people who celebrated her return started knocking every day. And when the money wasn't there, the comments started: "So UK didn't work out?" UK yakulema ehhhh "You came back for this?" That hit differently. Because in London, yes — she was lonely. I know that loneliness too. But it's a straightforward loneliness. In Kampala she was surrounded by people and somehow felt more alone, because most of them only saw what she could give them. So she left. No big goodbye. Just packed her bags and got on that evening flight. Back to the cold, back to the struggle — but at least it's a struggle with some order to it. At least you know where you stand. I'm not saying this to attack Uganda. I say it as someone who is also sitting in the UK, also missing home, also wondering if the grass is actually greener or if I'm just tired of winter. Most of us who leave don't stop loving home. We just get honest about what home is asking us to carry. So before you judge someone for going back — or for never leaving — just know the decision is never simple.

🔥🚨Dictator Museveni🚨🔥 We have formally placed before the international community irrefutable evidence of the militarised charade you conducted under the guise of an election. In the strongest diplomatic terms, we have declared that the sovereign people of Uganda categorically reject and do not recognise you as their legitimate President. The international community, through the European Parliament (@Europarl_EN), has now placed on record its full awareness of the systematic atrocities committed against humanity under your rule. It stands ready to impose sweeping and immediate sanctions upon your forty-year authoritarian regime. #FreeUgandaNow

May God bless and protect our nation’s mother and First Lady, Mama @JanetMuseveni , and her husband, Mr. President @KagutaMuseveni . May they be strengthened with wisdom, grace, and good health as they lead and serve. Mama Janet Museveni is truly one of the kindest and most loving mothers I have ever known. May she be continually blessed for her kindness, generosity, and compassion toward vulnerable children and young people around the world. “The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade at your right hand.” Psalm 121:5
