The average dunning email gets ignored. You are literally sending "please ignore me" messages to customers who owe you money. I’ve been researching the impact of timing on product success and have looked at many companies as I run workshops on the topic. But what if I'm just cherry-picking examples? How could I get something more quantitative? To test, I measured timing's impact on a portfolio I know.

@businessbarista Other subscription companies have failed because TAM isn’t that large (eg. StitchFix) or the product/service they offer is not a recurring business (eg, BarkBox’s toys). So the LTV/CAC of those businesses deteriorated as they kept on chasing growth
