. @TheAA_UK have just lost an 18 yr+ loyal customer due to an excessive auto-renewal price on breakdown (£310, retentions offered £110 - RAC offered £90). Stop penalising loyal customers.If they offered the £110 as the renewal price, I wouldn't have left.

@rmors_ @thewpguy Yep, to the point where I as compiling a report to Wordpress.org about the plugin on "their" site... I have managed to get Bit.ly to take down the redirect+ PublicDomainRegistry to take down one domains @tucows , Nicenic +@Cloudflare = non responsive.

@thewpguy Yeah this looks like a well put together scam, usually you can find issues just by looking at grammar/language but from what I can see that is also quite well done/convincing.

Have had a couple of clients getting this scam over the last week. Opened the link in a secure test environment and it went to a spoofed plugin page. Will add some screenshots to the🧵

Just a heads up to #Wordpress people: Spoof email going around regarding "CVE-2024-46188 Patch" : this is NOT an official patch by Wordpress.org (my copy of the email used the domain name "gb. *en-wordpress* .org") and it creates an admin account+emails attacker details

@RoyalMailHelp Hi @RoyalMailHelp, one of these two parcels has still not been delivered (one was delivered today after being sent on Monday by "Tracked24" - 4 days!) - and the other is stuck in Gatwick. I have DMed you details twice now, could you please respond?

@RoyalMailHelp I sent a "Tracked 24" package from NG21 to BN3 and was picked up by postie on Mon 18th at 12:05: it is now the 21st and still not been delivered (last update Wed 20th 9:17am at Gatwick Mail Centre). Why such a delay?

You would think in these days of electrical appliances recycling/WEEE, companies would offer some sort of "trade in" of their old products for their new ones to help retain customers... I'm looking at you @Synology (need to replace our failed 8bay DS1815+ )

UK friends, there is a worrying trend I've seen across the country. Some sick bastards have decided it is ok to be shooting animals with high powered air rifles. I've seen/heard of a few foxes being shot, have now heard a friend's cat has been killed Please be extra vigilant.

@DVLAgovuk I've been trying to renew my licence for last 4 hours, but keep getting "Service not available...Driving Licence Online service is temporarily unavailable.." when I click "Start now" from gov.uk/renew-driving-… . Any idea when normal service will be resumed?

@PostOffice BTW postoffice.co.uk/postal-orders has a big "LINK NOT SET" message under "What are postal orders". I don't think that is supposed to be there...

dykg got their youtube account hacked and as usual there's something to be said about how despite crypto "not being a scam" these hackers always tend to turn youtube accounts into crypto shill accounts
