IMPORTANT: If we want to encourage more transparency and openness from our biotech CEOs, we need to reward them for it.

Why do EIACEOs exist? Survival bias. Investors allocate capital to these CEOs and their projects. Many investors like the positivity particularly once their invested. I’ve been berated by an investor for talking about risks that they thought weren’t pertinent.
