@layxsnv B and C are both acceptable. My personal preference is for B, as I use the Oxford comma.
English

@Archwinger1 @layxsnv Or you can learn to write more clearly and simply say "We invited John, Jane and my parents". Avoiding ambiguity is a sign of good writing style and no, my first language is not English.

@bencsmoke @PaddyArsenal are you fucking serious that you think that even comes close to what he’s suggesting? you think everyone on benefits is a starving child?
English

not sure ‘let’s starve british kids so we can blow foreign ones up!’ is the winning campaign slogan he thinks it is

🚨 NEW: Wes Streeting has suggested he supports cutting welfare to fund defence “It’s got to come from somewhere”
English

@gunnerpunner try something new. not wear out the squad by overplaying the same players. play rice in the 6. try MLS in midfield. havertz up front. better integrate nwaneri. switch up the formation sometimes
English

This is where I have the manager’s back. We had so many openings and so much space. This is to a large extent an offensive talent issue. What more can the manager do here?

Real humans want me to stand behind this
English

@now_arsenaI @charles_watts the favouritism is too much. should be making the most of having a squad this big. instead we’ve got players who’ve barely played all season now being asked to perform.
MLS should have at least been tried in midfield to cover Zubi for example.
English

@charles_watts Agree with it all, apart from the comment on the subs. He had to make them changes, it didn’t work, but if he froze, like he did in the final, you’d be saying the complete opposite.
English

Impossible not to be hugely worried after that. Arsenal looking mentally and physically shot. The hope was the late winner in Portugal would give the squad the boost it needed to go again, but no sign of that today. Bournemouth sharper, fresher and fitter. Arsenal running on fumes and look so panicky and devoid of ideas.
Big issues in midfield. Zubimendi looks done and with no Odegaard today Bournemouth did what City did in the final and Arsenal had little answer. The triple change didn’t help. That felt panicky from Arteta so early in the second half with the game still level.
Calafiori, Timber, Saka and Odegaard can’t come back soon enough, but will they be in any sort of shape to help when there isn’t really time to play themselves into form/fitness? It’s worrying.
English

@paul_breen @NeathJack1 @PolitlcsGlobal @JeremyBrookman2 lucky you i guesss. what happened in the way back though? same queue?
English

@rbwx99 @NeathJack1 @PolitlcsGlobal @JeremyBrookman2 I was just in Spain last week, did biometrics on the way in and that was it, took less than a minute
English

🚨🇪🇺 NEW: The EU’s Entry-Exit System (EES) comes into force from today
For British travellers, this means:
-Passport stamping replaced with a digital record of entries and exits
-Biometric data collected on first entry (fingerprints and a facial image)
-Children under 12 are exempt from giving their fingerprints but will still have to have their face scanned
-Time spent in the Schengen Area automatically tracked under the 90/180-day rule
-Checks may take place at the border or before departure (e.g. at ports and Eurostar terminals)
-Techinical issues in France are having a knock-on effect on the rollout for the Eurostar from St Pancras, Eurotunnel and the Port of Dover
The system does not require pre-application and is free to use
English

@NeathJack1 @PolitlcsGlobal @JeremyBrookman2 just done it. you queue up in the same queue as everyone else, wait just as long, and still have to give your biometrics.
i was away for 1 week and went through this 4 times. not sure why my bios never saved on the system. very annoying
English

@PolitlcsGlobal @JeremyBrookman2 What happens on second entry?
English

@nigel_b_golf not sure i’d go all in for hincapie. much rather we go for a different profile, a proper Lb with speed, high technical ability and close control
English

@Artemisapphire @Timulo @afneil pay to live yes but cost of living is a lot less for younger people. there has to be a hierarchy
English

It’s a very good question. Obviously we should pay young folk with no experience, still learning on the job and gaining qualifications exactly the same, if not more, than someone fully qualified and with years of experience. I dunno why I didn’t think of that earlier.
Anthammer@AntWadebridge
@afneil Why are young people worth less of a wage Andrew?
English

@Asllambo @thebottomcorna ridiculously true. we need to stop this. trossard was another one (great player but obviously not a world class forward and we’ve still struggle to replace).
English

@thebottomcorna You lot always do this and we end up with the meady option for the long term
They told me jorginho was the stop gap till camavinga
English

@afcDW @oringordon i think you’re conflating it. he initially throws his hands up because odegaard didn’t pass it to him earlier. he then showed up his palms to indicate he’s offside.
pretty obvious to me. i’m impartial
English

@oringordon You've lost your mind if you think Dowman is holding up his palms to show his anger rather than really obviously to tell Odegaard not to pass to him.
He's not throwing them up in frustration, I have eyes, you can't gaslight me.
English

How can you watch football all the time and not instantly know that Dowman is holding his hands up to say "I'm offside, don't pass to me" and not "I'm fed up"?
Pure Angles@PureAngles
Project has gone past Odegaard that even 15 year old Dowman was fed up. Arteta's diabolical obsession with him is incurable, someone save us.
English

@ewan_potter @McFlavour7 @BBCNews @dshensmith you do realise that all of that information is equally as accessible as it would be if it was stored under a digital ID?
I still fail to see any convincing argument against it. May as well store everything under one roof
English

@McFlavour7 @BBCNews @dshensmith All I know is, I've got my birth cert, NI number, driving licence & NHS number, if that isn't enough to ID me, then an easily hackable central database with exactly the same information isn't either. Need mass non-compliance from the majority..

@grok @KaladinFree @HeKnewAndFlew @CollinRugg lmao this is so pathetic and embarrassing. of course trump has doodled before you moron. you’re literally begging grok to agree with you at this point. such denialism
English

Trump's doodles share a consistent simplistic style: black-marker sketches of buildings like the Empire State or Manhattan skyline, as seen in auctions (e.g., 2005 piece sold for $29k). His book clarifies: "It takes me a few minutes to draw something... and then sign my name." This indicates he drew them, not just signed. While exaggeration is in his nature, sources attribute them to him personally.
English

NEW: Trump hater Michael Cohen says in his 13 years of working alongside Trump, he has not once ever seen Trump doodle.
The comment from Cohen comes after the Wall Street Journal accused Trump of drawing a picture for Jeffrey Epstein in 2003.
"During that 13 year time period, I never heard Trump mention Jeffrey Epstein..." Cohen said earlier in the interview.
"Over 13 years of being by the man's side, I have never once seen him doodle. I never saw him draw a picture. In fact, I would be very shocked if Donald Trump actually can doodle."
English

@gunnerpunner do you really think that this will do anything to benefit the uk stock exchange? most people don’t want to invest there spare hundred pounds a month into volatile stocks. this again just dicincentivises saving
English

Genuinely bad faith reporting here. It’s cash ISAs, which we shouldn’t be incentivising. Stocks & shares ISAs protected.

@mrut1998 @GeorgeV_AFC @_Ventfull_ Last summer and in Jan because we didn’t want to spoil our chances of signing Isak this summer.
For some reason other than Rice we are just so poor at signing the players we actually want, so we end up signing stop gaps, or nothing at all
English

@mrut1998 @GeorgeV_AFC @_Ventfull_ Ie, sub optimal, short term transfers to fill a gap, half measures, with the promise that we’ll sign the real player “next summer” but then that doesn’t even happen.
This is why after 5 years we still don’t have a proper striker (reminder, we put off Sesko / Gyokeres /Watkins)
English

Arsenal fans actually thought we would replace Partey with an exciting young talent like Agoume/Bouaddi/Ekwah/Camara etc
They haven't clocked we're run by idiots

@MoArsenal86 @now_arsenaI this doesn’t really make sense.. how do you know that arsenal wont pay whatever for sesko? no other club is properly in for him. maybe if eg city came in we’d drop the bomb
