@cmatthewbrooks Hmmm ok sorry, that is definitely an oversight! We usually respond within a day or two. Might have fallen through cracks somehow, will investigate!

Appreciate the SMTP alias for urgent issues as well as being heads down for infrastructure improvements. While my issue doesn't fall into the urgent category, I sent the initial email 10 days ago with my own follow-up 2 days later, then provided my account email 7 days ago as requested - then things went silent.

Loving the @ReadwiseReader product - but not so much the lack of responsiveness from e-mail support.

🆕 in Reader: Openclaw integration! (a nice extension of our recently launched CLI, but tuned via skill to work well with openclaw) Your claw can now read everything in your Reader library. Full text, not just links.
Readwise@readwise

New: Readwise for @openclaw Save anything with one click from your browser or phone: articles, tweets, books, youtube, podcasts, newsletters, more. Your claw now has instant access to that full library as markdown. Easily search and actually stay on top of it all.

Heading out for a long flight and want to research @openclaw architecture, so I am adding many great articles to my @ReadwiseReader for offline reading. Reader is the best on the market. bit.ly/rwreader

@jcmcd50 You can already resize YouTube videos! But yes, we definitely hear you on doing a left/right layout instead of top-bottom layout :) We're tracking this request!

@GDanielRO Sorry, that's a weird browser caching issue that happens and we haven't been able to reproduce! If you hard refresh your browser (cmd+shift+r on chrome), does that fix it?

@karpathy I highly recommend @ReadwiseReader for this. I’m following a ton of great blogs via RSS there and it’s probably the best reading experience out there

we are living in the era of opinionated software - loved reading this piece from the creators of @ReadwiseReader on the philosophy behind building the app - especially this graph explaining the importance of design vs functionality blog.readwise.io/readwise-readi…

@shadesofiremia We haven't built folders yet, but you can definitely use tags for this purpose! Hit t on desktop, or long press on mobile to add a tag, then you can browse all books with that tag.

Hi @ReadwiseReader is there a possibility to create folders within the reader so that books of the same category can be grouped together, rather than having one global list ? It’s a huge struggle for me to find the book I want to read in such configuration.
