Actually they redrew their districts to comply with the ruling, it wasnt a power grab or whatever you want to call it. it was to resolve unconstitutional drawn districts. however notice how not a single blue state redrew to adhere to the ruling. and there are several blue states who have half republican population with 0 house/senate reps. notice how democrats cant afford to adhere to the law because they know they are fucked if they lose any seats more. they are criminals. the GOP is just playing the same game, but they are doing it in a fair way in which they draw based on population and not draw all over the map to create voting blocks of minority ghettos.
